• Account details: name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password).
• Order details: shipping address, phone number, and the items you purchase.
• Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, searches), to improve the shopping experience.

How we use it

• To craft and deliver your orders, and send order confirmations and updates.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To improve our products, website, and service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the store — payment processing (Razorpay), order/delivery partners, cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase), and email delivery — and only to the extent required to serve you.

Data retention & security

Order records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance. Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access restricted to the store team.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@panahbyanchal.in. Deleting your account data does not remove order records we are legally required to keep.
