Every piece at Panah by Anchal is made to order. We begin crafting your outfit only after your order is confirmed — this keeps our quality high and our waste low.

Timelines

• Preparation: your piece is crafted and dispatched within 5–6 days of order confirmation.
• Delivery: after dispatch, delivery typically takes another 5–6 days depending on your location.
• Overall: expect your order to reach you within 10–15 days of placing it.

If your order is delayed beyond this window, write to us and we'll track it down for you.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all orders, across India. There are no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
