panahbyanchal.in ("the site") is operated by Panah by Anchal ("we", "us"). By placing an order on the site you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

• All products are made to order. Slight variations in colour, weave, or handwork are characteristic of handcrafted garments, not defects.
• Product colours may vary slightly from photos depending on your screen.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery is free.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors; if an error affects your placed order, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, suspected fraud or stock/listing errors — with a full refund of any amount paid.

Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, photographs, text, and branding — belongs to Panah by Anchal and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
